Dr. Usha Mohan Das

Dr Usha is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Women’s Dental Council of the IDA which is affiliated to the international body WID of Federation Dentaire Internationale(FDI)She has completed her Masters and is ardent specialised Pediatric Surgeon practising for almost 22 years. She is the Past President of the Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry. She is also a Member on the National Academic Advisory Board in Pediatric Dentistry. Professor Mohan Das is the Regional Head of the IHRO (International Human Rights Organisation) for the states of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh currently.
Dr.Mohan Das is the President of Gift a Smile Foundation, works extensively for the cause of underprivileged children.Professor Das is the Chief Mentor and President of Serve our Society ,a national social goodwill initiative to propagate and leverage social networking as a tool for social service.(www.serveoursociety.com)
She is in collaboration with many organisations including India Against Corruption for the implementation of the Janlokpal Bill.Dr Mohan Das happens to be the President and founder of two organisations spearheading crusading against corruption namely :

Dr Ushy Mohan Das is a Behavioral counselor with almost six organizations all over South India.A highly sought after writer,she has authored and contributed largely to many textbooks and also is Editor of many indexed national and international journals. Dr Ushy Mohan Das is the Executive Editor of the indexed Journal of the Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry (JISPPD).She is also the Editor of the online Journal of Education and Ethics in Dentistry.(JEED) Dr Usha Mohan Das is the Editor in Chief of an indexed International Journal in Clinical Pediatric Dentistry.(IJCPD).She is a member on advisory of the regulatory body concerning Standardization in INDIA as in BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards). |
